Return and Cancellation Policy
We advise the site users and Daslala buyers to order the Footwear after they are sure
of their foot size. Various size charts are given in the website for your convenience. In case
you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the footwear pair within 72
hours;but buyers need to contact with Daslala and get its confirmation; the company stands committed to accept only the unworn pairs. Buyers please note
that defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned only if it’s unworn. Worn or
used pair would not be accepted under Return policy. Exchange of footwear once bought is
not allowed unless the pair already delivered in defected or damaged one.
How to return the pair
In case the footwear delivered by Daslala fails to live up to your expectations, you
may return it to us (to be done within 72 hours) –
or Send us by courier along with purchase invoice and courier receipt.
Kindly note that the item to be returned must be returned in the original brand box
(packaging). Refunds for the same will be given in the original form of payment.
Refund Process and Timeframe
It will take at least 10-15 business days to process the refunds. The warehouse will inspect
the returned merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. Once
the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation. It may take
additional 2-10 business days for the money to be credited in your account depending on the
credit card company. Daslala is not responsible for returns until they are received in
our warehouse.
